Join us co-working in pubs in and around Guildford, UK. Beating WFH cabin fever, one Diet Coke at a time.

Hi there!

I’m Kate Darracott and this is where we can form co-working groups all over the world to help people feel more connected, and reduce the cabin fever from working from home too much.

I’m a serial entrepreneur and used to have an office to go to, but since the end of 2023 I’ve been working from home on my new Substack writing project Off on a Tangent.

Which is all well and groovy, but I must admit the old cabin fever crept in pretty quickly, so I started working from pubs with other friends who also worked from home a lot.

This is what we found:

• Pubs are way more spacious than cafés between 14:00-17:00.

• It’s lovely to meet-up and chitchat before getting on with the serious stuff, like you used to do in a normal office. Remember them?

• We actually get productive work done.

• We are discovering new pubs in and around our area!

So, I wondered whether we could form a proper group and then maybe spread out over the entire UK… and even the world, the stuff of dreams!
